Glenn Galvin
Managing Director

Managing Director, Glenn Galvin, established Oracle Surveys in 2000. He is a professional Licensed Land Surveyor, with over 20 years experience in the land development, construction and commercial sectors.

An excellent communicator with a wealth of experience and technical knowledge, Glenn brings extensive skill and understanding to all facets of surveying, land development and project management including:

  • town planning and conveyancing;
  • large scale infrastructure;
  • high-rise development;
  • subdivisional works; and,
  • strata development.

Glenn maintains a strong vision for the business and takes a hands-on approach to the day-to-day running of Oracle Surveys.

Glenn is highly respected in his field and committed to giving back to his profession. He has been invited to present on numerous occasions to university students and has lectured in land planning at Curtin University within the School of Spatial Sciences.

Mark Eaton
Construction Director

Mark Eaton is Oracle Survey’s Construction Director. He is a highly skilled communicator who accurately determines how Oracle can add value to construction projects.

His big-picture, forward planning expertise, allows contractors to focus on their work and be as efficient as they can be. He continuously communicates with various contractors to avoid costly duplication of service provision and to identify where contracting costs can be shared. His expertise allows for the most efficient use of time and resources and adds value across the whole project.

Mark has over 10 years specialist construction experience and has worked on some of Perth’s most prestigious projects. He was the lead project surveyor for Fiona Stanley Hospital buildings A,E,D,R,T,Y & Z as well as the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research (WAIMR). Mark has also been involved in numerous mid-to-large scale commercial construction projects – including Ikea, Woolworths’ Distribution Centre, the Perth District Court buildings, and Bishops See which was developed on a heritage-listed site.

Jason Weaire
Cadastral Director

Jason is a graduate of Curtin University and a fully accredited Licensed Surveyor. His work history has seen him manage large and small scale projects, providing him with the skills, knowledge and expertise to deliver an exceptional quality of work regardless of the project size.

Jason is experienced with small and large sub-divisions, strata development and tenancy surveys and has a reputation in the industry as a trustworthy, conscientious and diligent professional.

He was the lead surveyor on the Brookfield Place Heritage Precinct and Tower – the tallest side core commercial building in the southern hemisphere and a major commercial development in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

As Oracle’s Cadastral Director, Jason is highly skilled in undertaking and interpreting cadastral surveys which are necessary to accurately establish land ownership boundaries and usage. Under Jason’s direction, Oracle offers a full-range of cadastral surveying services including:

  • subdivisions;
  • strata conversions and mergers;
  • boundary redefinitions and re-establishments;
  • identification surveys; and,
  • PCA tenancy surveys.
